The hotel is well-maintained and exceptionally clean.

I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding breakfast. It was misleading to think I had a breakfast included only to find out it wasn't available upon arrival. Also, the room furnishings were mismatched, which gave it a somewhat disheveled look, and I found it uncomfortable trying to organize our toiletries in the cramped bathroom space.

i had a great time staying in a comfy room with a kettle for coffee and a glass of prosecco on the fabulous rooftop terrace that offered stunning views of the city. It was super easy to stroll to major attractions like the colosseum and basilica di santa maria maggiore, making my weekend explorations a breeze.

The terrace was lovely, but the street noise was quite bothersome at night.

This place has modern amenities and a great tour desk to help navigate the city. We loved the comfy suite with a nice view. Our kiddie enjoyed the rooftop terrace at sunset with free Prosecco. Such a lovely way to wrap up our trip.
